For better career progression, I'd suggest taking a good look at the current employment to identify if the environment (employer, peers, culture) is aligned with your values. Opinions not being heard could be down to a few reasons: 1. Company revenues 2. Poor communication 3. Difference in cultures Talk to someone with more experience in a similar setting, and get advice on which areas you could work on to get your words heard at work ;)
I would suggest you report to MSCP under 'ethical complaints'. For those who are not CP's you can report it to MAHPC.
